Dead Receivers Escapements Cross Shuttles Cross Shuttle/Blow Feeds Pick & Place Units DEAD RECEIVER  To position a single or multiple parts for vertical pick up.  Receivers with spring jaws so parts can be horizontally stripped from the receiver. BOWL, INLINE AND CROSS SHUTTLE Shuttles will isolate a part or parts for your pick up. Shuttles can be designed to isolate the parts by moving them side to side or up and down. Shuttles are used to relieve back pressure on the part so it can be easily picked up and for parts that tend to overlap. ESCAPEMENTS An escapement is a mechanical device that regulates movement and is ideal for isolating and feeding parts from vibratory feeders with consistent repeatability. Can release one or more parts to an isolation area. Our escapements can be operated by air or mechanically. CROSS SHUTTLE / BLOW FEEDS This mechanism is ideal for a system that must be located away from your equipment. The tubing for blow feed systems can be extruded to match the shape of your part so orientation can be held. Many different styles and sizes of parts can be blown thru tubing leading to your equipment. PICK AND PLACE UNITS The pick and place units can be designed using air slides or cam driven slides. Many different types of pick up tooling is avaiable, multiple styles of grippers, vacuum, and magnets. A wide range of horizontal and vertical strokes are available.
